Accelerated Flight Instructor Training

The Accelerated Flight Instructor Course is an intensive course spending at least 4 hours per day with approximately 2.5 Hours of ground and 1.5 Hours of flight each Day. There are two written tests required for the initial flight instructor rating. 1: Fundamentals of Instruction and the initial CFI written test. Both test should be passed before training starts to ensure no time delays or rescheduling of flight tests.

The Outline for the initial flight instructor rating training is listed below for both options ( SEL) and (MEL)

I break the training into two different aircraft. Normally we start with a C-152 or a C-172. This will get you used to flying in the right seat. If you have experience flying in the right seat then the time in this aircraft will be less. The difference between the single engine and multi engine options is the the 10 hours of complex airplane time. For the Multi option the second 10 hours of dual instruction will be in a multi engine aircraft instead of a single engine aircraft.

10 Hours Dual Instruction C-152 or C-172

10 Hours Complex Airplane

50 Hours Ground Instruction

Flight and Ground Instruction Rate $75 Per Hour
